Elkling is committed to providing highest quality products that are build to last and each one of our products goes through a multi-level quality check before shipment.

If we have made a mistake we always strive to resolve any quality or functional issues you may experience.

Due to the nature of the product and shipping costs we cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to change of mind.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.                                                                                               

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Any Quality or warranty claims will require items being shipped in original packaging.

Warranty

Our warranty guarantee covers the replacement or repair of any product that has a manufacturing or material defect that is not the result of normal wear and tear, user generated damages or a natural characteristic of the material used. Any alterations done to the equipment result in the warranty being voided.
